Peter Markham, General Manager
Pete is a graduate of Cornell University holding a BS in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. Peter and David Markham are co-owners of Fire & Water Restoration, since 1999.
Peter actively works in the daily operations of production specializing in Water damage and Mold remediation. Pete oversees the planning and execution of large mold remediation projects ensuring their proper containment, remediation and environmental acceptability. Pete is also responsible for large mold remediation estimates and finalization for such projects. In our restructuring, Pete took over as primary marketer for all of Syracuse and outlying areas. Pete sets the standards of safety for all our projects ensuring our technicians and homeowners are protected under all federal, state and local regulations. Peter is certified by IICRC, AIAQC with the following designations:

David R. Markham President
Dave is a graduate of Cornell University holding a BS in Animal Science. Peter and David Markham are co-owners of Fire & Water Restoration, since 1999.
Dave actively works in the daily operations of production specializing in Fire and Smoke damage. Dave oversees all large fire and smoke damage projects as well as coordination with all aspects of the remediation process to ensure timely completion. In our restructuring, Dave took over all of Cayuga and Seneca counties for marketing, as well as most areas to the west of Onondaga county. Dave develops new relationships with local insurance claims offices. He is also responsible for all in house collections and any unresolved collections leading to legal actions. Dave Markham is certified by IICRC, AIAQC with the following designations:
Luke has been with Fire & Water Restoration since 2005. In our restructuring, Luke was promoted from Production Team Leader to Production Supervisor. Luke is in charge of all field personnel, all job scheduling, and overseeing the quality of our work on site. Luke is certified in WRT water damage, MRS mold remediation, UFT upholstry fabric technician and AHS asbestos handling safety. Luke continues to excel in his abilities to supervise and ensure our clients are happy with our professionalism and remediation.

Bob Washburn - General Estimator
Bob Washburn joined Fire and Water Restoration in 2006 as a Production Team Leader. In our restructuring, Bob took over as general Estimator for all insurance companies outside of the vendor programs. Bob has an extensive background in supervision and project management.
