Massena location yesterday. As you know, we've experienced some issues in
respect to emergency response, but not this time!! This is the most remote
NYS HSBC retail location and you, and Unicco, came through with flying
colors!! Our customer, HSBC, is very pleased with our efforts and the
results.

Very few issues with the employee performance, and when there was a problem, it was corrected immediately and without hesitation.
